Opening delayed due to lack of snow

Its going to be a tough start for us this winter, we have tried to produce as much snow as possible but often the frost hasn't been alot and therefore the snow guns don't make as much. The weather gods have sent us warm temps in between and seem to be saving the white gold a bit too much this winter. The little snow that has fallen since the last warm spell is just enough to make the mountain look nice from afar.

 

The situation today is that we still need quite a lot of snow and its a bit of a question mark when we can open, its clear that it won't be this friday. Temperature has jumped around a lot and forecasts have not been accurate so its impossible to guess how much snow we can produce the next days. We will of course try as much we can !

 

Our biggest wish is to open before christmas but we need to get a prober snow dump so that is realistic.
